Get Up And Grow

We value good health and well-being and promote the “Get up and Grow”, “Sneeze Safe” and “Sun Smart” programs. We believe that a child’s diet is an important aspect of their development so therefore we encourage parents to provided healthy lunches by providing a variety of healthy options via newsletters and pamphlets.

Below are links to various information which may be useful to yourself and family in promoting good eating habits and exercise. These links are available from the Get Healthy website and further information is available from: http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/content/phd-early-childhood-nutrition-resources
