Get Up And Grow
We value good health and well-being and promote the “Get up and Grow”, “Sneeze Safe” and “Sun Smart” programs. We believe that a child’s diet is an important aspect of their development so therefore we encourage parents to provided healthy lunches by providing a variety of healthy options via newsletters and pamphlets.
Below are links to various information which may be useful to yourself and family in promoting good eating habits and exercise.
