Balgownie Preschool & Montessori Centre know the importance of quality care and education, this is why we have above ratio staff and educator qualifications which is guided by the National Quality Standards. We believe that children should be allowed to be children, to learn and develop at their own pace, but given the opportunity to progress in their learning within a caring, safe place.

We are fortunate to have experienced dedicated educators and with our above staffing ratios, it allows us to focus on the children and cater for their individual needs.

All educators have been trained, or in the process of training, in the Montessori method which is used in conjunction with the play based Early Years Learning Framework to individualise each child's educational journey in a fun and interactive way.
